shuttle 20th anniversary xpc + ATI AIW (line in)

Hi there - I just put together my new Shuttle box. I added an ATI 9600 AIW, but I'm a bit confused. The AIW comes with a pigtail that needs to be plugged into the line-in port. However, it looks like the only line in on the shuttle box is in the front. Short of adding a sound card, is there any way to software-modify the ports or something?

Anybody have a solution for this other than a longer cord?
