Shutter lag...

I have an AT&T samsung Galaxy S2 and there is a significant shutter lag when taking pictures.

Is it a hardware problem or the OS problem?

Both. Neither. Upgrade to a GNex or HTC One to get around it. Both are designed to be shutter-lag-free.

Its quicker in ics/cm9, but not gnex quick.
