Shutdown problem with Logitech iTouch

After installing the latest verison of iTouch for my Logitech Elite Keyboard, Windows takes 2-3 minutes to shutdown. After unistalling it, no problem. Anyone know why this is happening? Thanks.
 
. This type of problem has plagued Win since W95. They should have it pretty well nailed down by now. But then, it is Mickeysoft...
. In my experience, shutdown problems are caused by device drivers. Often it was fancy mouse drivers. I have uninstalled, shutdown and then installed the latest version with great success. But there are other causes too. The best place to go for info on startup/shutdown is the Windows Support Center . That site has extensive info on the start/shut problem with links to the appropriate MS knowledge base articles. Every Win user should have this site in their Bookmarks.
