shutdown problem in win2k

it takes in access of 5 minutes to shutdown or restart. i have astand alone win2k server(sp2) install with radtweak,logitech mouse driver and tweak1.33 running in memory/tsr. power management /acpi disabled.


nero 5.5 is only software that i uses in this pc
