shutdown computer options.

I was just wondering how you change the shutdown box from the old format to the newer one. I went to shut down my computer the other day is one the shutdown box was in the old-style were you have to click on the drop-down box and select whatever option you want; shut down, restart, etc. Than a lot!
 
Try this:
control panel -> user accounts -> change the way users log on or off
check the "Use the Welcome screen" check box
