Shut down a Win2k PC remotely on the same network?

Since it's late and there's not likely to be many in the technical forums, I figured I'd ask here. Is there a way I can shut down a Win2k PC from another Win2k PC or a WinXP PC remotely on the same network?

Are you running any kind of remote connection software? Or you could walk over to it and turn it off?

PsShutdown should be able to do it.
