They arent bad at all its just the feeling and thought of them that makes you gag. They taste like sunflower seeds but for some reason I always gag when I take them.

I'll second Astaroth33's statement. I'm not a shroom fan for the most part, although they are great to cook things with. (thinks mushroom gravy...mmmm..)

at least in taste for me... very earthy-sporey.
There are even some dangerous ones up there.
