Shrinking photos?

I bought my wife a locket for xmas and I want to put a picture of my son and a picture of my daughter in there. How do I go about getting the pictures that small??

You should be able to adjust the head shot size to any dimension. What size do you need? What shape? You can even cut the head out of a group photo. People have been putting photos in lockets for a hundred years.
