My drive c is running out of space. Now i have shrink volume d and 40 gb is now unallocated space .Is there any way i can add this free space to drive c without reinstalling windows?

Backup D then delete partition D. Then extend C, make a new D partition, and restore D's contents. Use Windows Disk Management.
Show us a screenshot of Disk Management. If the "unallocated space" is IMMEDIATELY to the RIGHT of the C: volume, it should be trivial to "Extend" the C: volume.My drive c is running out of space.
