I was about the ask the same question, what sort of glaze did you put on them? They look delicious, although maybe you shoulda deveined them.

this is the thing i used. you can get it in chinese supermarket.link

I marinated the shrimps with that, then fry the shrimps. after that, I just panfry it again with red pepper.
 
It's shrimp, not shrimps. 😉

Edit: Well, I guess I stand corrected. It can be used either way in plural form. I've just never heard of "shrimps" nor do I call them "shrimps".

/grammar rant. 😉
 
I love shrimp as well. I found a local supplier of frozen, pre cooked, tail off, deveined shrimp for $4.50 a pound. It is easy to over reheat, but it's damn tasty.
