Showin off my xbox LED work

I was bored... and this was the outcome.

I used 8 5mm LEDs, solder, lots of hot glue, and put foil down underneath to create light reflection.

Used a dremel to cut the hole out and the jewel is laser cut.



p.s. Leave rice comments at the door, I did this purely for fun I never do this type of stuff at all. I own a darn completely stock civic.

Foil Oh you mean the outside? It is a vinyl sticker I purchased on ebay.

Unlike the uncreative (and probably significantly so) people above. I love it, looks reallllly awsome.
That mirror shine looks REAL good. Refletcts the carpet real nice. Pardon me, But I believe I am going to rip off ur mod. Oh yea...how did u power the LED's?

It's not very creative to go to an xbox mod site, order some stuff and install it. Really, it's not.

Pretty nice, but can you turn off the LEDs when you want to? Like some A/V equipment, bright lights can be distracting during music/movie playback or gaming...just curious.
