Nice shot. I lived there between '68 and '72 in Kits while attending UBC. I've been back a dozen or so times, but only to get to the ferry to Nanaimo. Maybe next time I'll stay for a few days. I doubt if I'd even recognize the city walking around.

theres a pic of beryl's new little trick. makes it look like the window is burning away. Looks a lot better in motion, none of that tearing. I guess that opens the door for a lot of cool particle effects, some a little more subtle than this no doubt.

Holy crap! I've been away from xgl/compiz for only one and half month and now they have even cooler features. Open source software sure develops fast.
 
Here is mine, after spending a lot of time thinking in an Just Idea to solve Vista License problem with the New EULA and an iluminated Idea that probably will not start to being used By Microsoft, I decided to apply my efforts to change of platform, my software of use day by day for work it´s Blender, a ultrapowerfull tool to create, animate and render 3D cinema Films, Blender is free software, and for it´s cross platform he deserves more than 10 stars and it´s the only in it´s class to be non dependant.
