I'm not interested in the specs, I want to know what it looks like!

Where do you do your PC gaming?

Here's mine:

Underneath the desk there is a nice metal tray area that goes along the entire length. I bought a school desk basically, meant for 2 computers. On that tray is my UPS, a couple controllers (XBox controller for PC and Logitech controller), all my cables are down there ziptied and organized, the router and cable modem are down there, the splitter for cable... 2 little heaters are velcroed on it's underside hehe.

I use velcro a lot. I picked up this habit on my submarine when I served in the Navy. So those speakers on the sides of my monitor are velcroed on, the XBox 360 controller wireless receiver is velcroed on the side of the case, and on the side you can't see 3 1 terabyte each external drives are velcroed on as well. There's also an old Sony walkman velcroed on there and connected to the PC for digitizing old audio cassettes I have. (Family recordings)

The gel wrist rest is velcroed down, so is the trackball wrist rest.

Then I made a custom black metal prong for my headphones to rest on that you can see there, I wedged it into the front of the case between a couple of segments.

I disabled the front LEDs in the case fan, taht shit annoys me.

I've covered a lot of LEDs with black eletrical tape, I don't tolerate tons of bright ass little lights blasting my eyes from all over.

That's a custom Thief: The Dark Project poster hanging on the wall behind the PC and if you want to see a closer look at my nerdy action figures off to the side here you go:

Just added a Gordon Freeman figure yesterday.

This reminds me of why I really need to think about getting a new case. My Thermaltake Soprano is getting a bit long in the tooth. Just hard to work on. Also has plenty of sharp edges inside.

No pics at the moment but this is what I have.
Biostar TA790GX 128M
AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE, stock clocks
8GB DDR2-1000
2x AMD Radeon HD 6850
Soundblaster X-FI XtremeMusic
80gb Intel SSD
1.5TB worth of HDD space
Dual DVD-RW drives
Antec Earthwatts 1kw PSU
Antec Khuler H20 920 CPU cooler
Windows 7 Home 64-bit
LG 26'' 720p LCD-LED HDTV
5.1 system via a Pioneer AV receiver and five book shelf speakers.

You are treated to a first person view of Moonbogg's Pwnage station. This is the origin or your demise. When you get your head taken off from across the map, this is where it came from.

Hardware necessary for maximum number of headshots.

EDIT: If you like that cable management, here is a quick guide so you can have your rig as clean looking as Moonbogg's

Step 1: Stuff expensive garbage into case

Step 2: Cram case door shut and force screws into holes

Step 3: Done

Hey I like your setup a lot!

I forgot to take a picture that showed a clear view of my own joystick, just recently got it. It was on clearance at Best Buy. I'm not usually much of a Joystick guy. It's the first one I've owned since like 1991, haha.

It's a lot like yours but darker, I think they're both Logitech right? I also forgot to get a shot that showed my XBox controller I use with my PC. Let me see here... I'll do a shot now.

Hard to see the joystick there.

I need to get another digital camera, mine is old and so what I've been using here is my iPhone, also old.

But yea, I dig your setup. Very slick, very clean. Does the desk ever feel a bit small? I like a huge desk.

I just noticed, you have the same exact chair as me.

You also have the same mouse pad and mouse. You don't see them in my pic because I put the trackball down instead.

Hey, did you rip those useless fins off of your ram to clear the CPU cooling fan? LOL, thats what I did.

@ Geosurface

Thanks for the compliments. Your rig is a nice station as well. The desk is small, but is the perfect size for all my stuff(except for the joystick hanging off the edge, lol). The joystick is Logitech. And yeah, I love the G700 mouse and that Rocketfish mouse pad.

My cable management is fairly epic, this desk helps so much with that in having this big metal shelf underneath. The desk also has 3 holes in it for cables to go down through. Or wait, no... it's 2 holes.

I actually only need 1. The other hole has a fan on a stalk stuck into it. Used to cool my laptop when I had it off to the right (replaced it with a second monitor for my desktop recently)

And upon that shelf everything is nice and zip-tied. It could stand to be redone though.

Same pics as in the OT thread, I know its grainy and crap and all that but I don't own a real camera so a cellphone will have to do.

Nothing too fancy just triple U2412's and a HAF-X on an Ikea Gallant.

Uses to play WoW... lol

I have an i7 920, 12gb mem, 256gb ssd, 1tb external & 1tb internal storage, 560 ti 448core and a 2560x1440 monitor which I also use to play WoW (as of recently). The 2560x1440 made Diablo 3 run kinda choppy on my 560ti 448... didn't think that would happen on D3.

I have 200+ games in my stream library, I play everything. I took the pic when I was playing MoP which has since gotten boring to me (and i've unsubbed) Have been playing Batman: AC a lot recently.

Adam, you're such a show off... I want, I want!!!!

Yes my son, I understand. Let your heart not be troubled. You are much better than sir adam, for despite all those components of silver and gold, he aims with a TRACK BALL!

You know not the luxuries of such devices.
