Yeah, my insurance company never sent me a bill they clearly should have paid and then put me on voicemail hell for an hour trying to get an answer why they didn't pay it. Private insurance ftw.
And "the gov't" runs the armed forces too. Apparently the Am Gov can spread democracy over the world and run global military initiatives, but you think stamping a form for a doctor bill is beyond them.
