And he is still a millionaire. Way to teach him a lesson.

you don't think incarceration taught him a lesson? its whole point is punishment and rehabilitation to prevent recurrence. i don't see how being a millionaire makes a difference.

are you implying that because he is a millionaire he will again engage in illegal acivities? i'm pretty certain that after being in prison, away from my wife, away from my two kids, away from the home we've built together, away from the freedoms i enjoy on a daily basis, for 21 months, i would definitely not do anything that could get me back there; no matter how much money you paid me.

No I dont. I think it taught him to be a better criminal.

I would gladly go to prison for 2 years for 100+ million dollars.

He is pure evil and he is not sorry for what he did he is just sorry he got caught. nothing anyone can say or do can convince me otherwise. Well maybe if he let himself get raped by a dog...

do you think all convicts should never be let out of prison?

if you believe that they should be let out of prison after sufficient time, do you believe that they should be able to make as much money as the market determines their skills are worth?

i'm just trying to determine if you think his prison sentence was too short or if he shouldn't be allowed to make whatever money people are willing to pay him.

It was WAY to short for the amount of cruelty he personally inflicted.

I do not believe that someone should be rewarded for breaking the law, and have everyone pretend that he is not a cruel and evil person when that is what he is.

His punishment no where came close to fitting the crime. He should have had the same amount of pain inflicted on him as he inflicted. All he got was a two year vacation, because you know he was not in the general population.

His bankruptcy deal was also a joke, I wish I could go broke and get to keep as high a percent of my earnings as he does.

When you are a felon you should not be able to get a job higher than picking up dog shit. I am not a felon, nor do I plan on becoming one and it is not right that a felon makes 1500 times what I make as a law abiding citizen.

Not enough. But the difference in your comparison is one was actually convicted.

Well, just as an FYI, he is not really a 100 million dollar man:

http://blogs.nfl.com/2011/08/30/more-details-on-vicks-contract/?module=HP11_headline_stack

In years 1-3, Vick makes 48 million.

In years 4-6, Vick makes 54.5 million

33 Million of his guaranteed sum is in the first 2 years of the deal, with the other 4 being voidable in year 4 if the Eagles cut him.

The reality is, he signed a 2 year, 33 million dollar contract, with years 3-6 being almost completely voidable.

So, the Eagles signed a potential star for two years' worth of guaranteed money, and will be able to keep him at that price tag for a few more if his success continues. If not, I'd bet he'll be cut loose at the start of year 3, or at the very least on a very tight rope.
