This is just stupid and offensive. If it were funny, it wouldn't be offensive. Clearly no writers were hired for this assignment.
The general message is "he's black and he talks black and has an afro which is black, therefore, it is funny."

It is a rip off of the Penny Hardaway commercials. Kind of funny as Nike exec's came up with lil' Penny cause the real one had NO fucken personality.
