Shouldn't the seller be the one buying insurance? Just my observation...

It seems the general consensus if a package dosen't arrive, the ownus is on the seller to bear the burden of this loss.

Wouldn't it make sense then for the seller to be the one responsible for the insurance? Since, in the end, he/she would be the one possibly getting shafted?
