Shouldn't LO or a city in Florida be called the Windy city instead of Chicago??

Yes but the wind in chicago is EVERYWHERE and is all the time and it isn't considered a "natural disaster". It's the same thing to calling Florida the "sunshine state" when IMO I think california is sunnier because it's got less storms...

Chicago wind, in the winter is so ridiculous. Even if you're wearing 3 layers of clothing it'll go right through, and the gusts are strong and stay that way the entire winter. Not to mention that it's sweltering hot in the summertime
