Should we have 'HOT DEALS' forum topic on housing

If not, then we should have a forum topic on this where people can post any 'HOT PRICE' they find in their area.

We are facing a housing bubble. I don't think any house you going to buy in the next 2 years is going to be a hot deal. If history tells us anything, it is housing bubbles take a couple of years to bottom like the early 90's housing bubble. IMHO!

if this was a forum for a particular state, maybe, but I don't see the point in posting hot deals on houses when maybe .00000000000001 % of the members here live any where near it.
