No one rarely talks about it. Our society seems too focused with self, self gain and fear of losing jobs. They don't to care about it if its it not their problem. mindless sheep teach me to care about self, don't care about others, and that government is god and even kind!
people like this would be better off extinct, they keep multiplying in huge number thinking that bigger is better. They just want to be happy and will not take any risk, or speak out for any wrong doing.

Whats up with your poll/writing skills? :p

Yeah, most people don't care as long as it doesn't directly affect them.

You're probably right, most people are sheep and selfish. Polling P&N to confirm this will not work because we apparantly do care about government affairs or else we wouldn't come to P&N to talk about them.

I understand him. Let me try to clarify.

What he's saying is, people never rarely talk about government affairs. However, when people always frequently talk about government affairs, they rarely focus on mindless sheep teaching me to frequently focus on self and self gain. So with that in mind, when you think about multiplying to bigger and bigger numbers, those blind sheep just want to be happy.

Geez, what's not to get?

Government directly affects all of us in very negative ways. Hence, people often do not care simply because they do not perceive or understand the cause and effect of what government intervention does and its impact on society.

Well, I don't think our government should be having affairs. I mean, didn't Bush just get elected over "moral values"? I think affairs are rather immoral. But, that's just my opinion.

Affairs as in matters or affairs as in that sleazy hypocritical racist dead Republican that bedded black girls?
