Should this be a sticky?

I think something like THIS would make a useful sticky in tech support.

What do you think mods?

EDIT: We get a ton of requests for data recovery proggies etc. Something like this will help.

I just found this here today (Friday, 9/9/2005). Thank you for the thought of a sticky. I was considering making a new thread and posting this list of resources but I think there is more that can be done with it first. Should I post it and reformat it as we go or should I wait until this list is more developed? I am open to ideas on how to further enhance the value of this list. Thanks.

OK, I just created a thread for this compilation titled:
Hard Drive, Partition, and Data Recovery/Rescue/Diagnostic Resources

I am not sure about a sticky since I have never done anything like that before, but the thread has a good title for search purposes.

Please let me know if you have any modifications, additions, or further helpful advice.
