I believe they should because we are fighting terrorist. And to be honest if you disagree with this then you should maybe find another place to live.

just my opinion.

No

The right of the people to be secure in their person, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized.

Perhaps you should be the one to find another place to live, as apparently you don't believe in the Constitution or Bill of Rights which our country is founded on.

So I guess you want to give all the power to the terrorist that are trying to take down this great country?

Sure, they have the right to invade your home...but ONLY with the proper warrant.

And honestly, Michael Jackson seems a more real threat to me than "teh terrorist!!!11!"

So I guess you think they should just randomly enter every house on the chance there might be a terrorist, rather than using intelligence and research to see if maybe there's a terrorist there first? Gee, wouldn't it have been awesome to have lived in Hitler's Germany?

Not everyone is a terrorist. Those who are can be identified via due process, and their houses "invaded" once probable cause has been found.

Now please quit being stupid.

Your name wouldn't happen to be "George Bush", "Dick Cheney", "John Ashcroft", or "Donald Rumsfeld", would it?
