Should the US ban Arab Sattelite Networks from Iraq

This is going to probably get real ugly in the coming weeks, and it would probably be best if the Iraqis don't see Al Jazeera or Al Arabiyas slanted view of the situation.

I voted "no". However, the local PAO should really get a handle on Al-Jazeera's crooked-ass reporters. According to senior officers in 4ID, reporters from that organization were caught inciting violence.

I voted "yes" by accident. Oops.

The problem with banning those stations is that there are already so many Iraqi's that hate America that banning something like this would infruiate them further.

I voted No.

They have a right to see from their own reporters point of view what is happening in their country.

Having said that inciting violence is against the law. That includes the Quran.

Some of these Muslims need to start eating their hypocracy. Preferably at the wrong end of an M4.

However keep in mind that it is a minority that incites the uneducated, and hence easily influenced, masses.

Just like whats happening in the US with Herr Ashcroft, Herr Rumsfeld and the rest of the gang. =p

Same $h!t different pile.

You could start by kicking all thier reporters out of the country.

Yeah man, why should we let the truth out about how our soldiers are committing war crimes? We shouldnt give in to Arabic channel's 'slant'. We should all sit and watch Fox 🙂

ditto heads in the us, ditto heads in iraq. not that much different. we have our spectrum of hate radio/media over here too.
