should the ipod sticky be brough back up

I frequent some of the ipod sites and thare are a lot of spinoffs starting up from the sucess of the gratis network offer(s). Some are professionally done others aren't..but there are sites not just for ipods but tv's, dvr's,pvr's, pc's..i guess many have been out there for a while, but the popularity can only increase i assume.

::shrug:: don't want another influx of those threads.

Its not a scam on a technicality, you basicaly have to con 7 or 8 of your buddies into signing up for stupid offers and spam out the yin-yang. You can get a free-* but you cant have a clean consience doing it.

It is a pyramid scheme, with the same need for exponential growth to sustain people getting "free" l00t.

The twist is that costs are shifted from the pyramid members to the companies being defrauded (ethically if possibly not legally), but exponential growth still requires an infinite supply of suckers (barring the criminial fraud of creating fake identities).
