I wasn't aware that the amount of money a state makes was the final and complete measure of how it should be run. Thanks for the tip. I'm also surprised to learn that all the money the "blue" states make has absolutely nothing to do with demographics, historical factors, geography and is all there thanks to brilliant governance.
