And there's always the world cup, which we are clearly going to win 🙂 Can't wait for England vs USA in the quarter finals (assuming USA makes it that far)
That's only because nobody here gives a sh!t about soccer. 😛😉

Oh but you SHOULD! World cup football is insane. There are drums in the crowds, flares and fireworks, 50-foot flags, fights, 100,000 people all chanting and stamping thier feet at the same time. People get killed over refereeing decisions, It's fvcking tribal, I love it.
That's something that's always confused me. People talk about American's being more uncivilized and violent, but I don't remember any mass riots or stampedes ever happening at an (American) football or baseball game. 😕

I remember one guy getting drunk and falling off the top at the silverdome.

Wait, one time I think someone threw batteries(?) and started a fight.

What!? You've never seen Michigan State University students mentioned (how many times now?) in the news?

Remember, World Cup 1994 had 4 games at the Silverdome...or at least I went to 4 games there. It ruled.

You a raiders fan?

The EU is not a nation, it's a collective of sovereign nations.
That would be like the US and Canada counting as one country, saying Canada is our B!tch.

Obviously Canada is NOT a part of the USA, and therefore, the EU is not a nation.
