Do you want to spend days reinstalling all your apps, or do you want to plug-n-play?

My X25's worked great as clones...

Fresh install. Always the best way. Sometimes it is a pain yes but worth it. Unless you have like 200 to 300 + Games/Applications installed lol.

If I was that guy here on anandtech with all those games installed I don't think I could ever do a fresh install unless all those games were installed on a separate partition or hard drive.

I want to clone my hard drive as well. The tricky part is when cloning a hard drive to ssd and having the correct alignment. I'm currently having the same issue and I have a thread open asking about it ATM. Hopefully I get some good answers.
