Should ports 3218 and 8080 be open on my router?

I need advice whether these ports should be open or not, thanks.

I have 2 laptops and one PC sitting behind my router.

Do having these ports open make me susceptible to any form of attack.

Thanks, 🙂

Any port can be viewed as vulnerable. 8080 might draw more attention to yourself.

As long as you keep the OS and any application running on those ports patched you should be fine.

Cool, I might try and close them down. If I get any adverse effects I can always open them again.

I?ve just done a fresh install on my desktop PC, so I shouldn?t have many services running that would be affected as a result.

if you don't know why it's open, then close it down. Port 8080 is usually for a more obscure web server.
