"Should not see me" end task?

I'm at work right now, just rebooted one of our standalone systems on its XP partition, and there was a "Should not see me" task waiting to end, anyone ever got this before? Ran a google search, proved pretty useless, some say it might be an issue with reinstalling over old windows copies etc. Ideas? I just want to make sure no one has a keystroke logger on it, because if that's the case, I'll format the drive right now.

I've seen this a few times before (over the years...very very infrequently)...I always just assumed it was some background system process or something...I really don't know though. 😛
