Should most p3 650s and 700s be cb0 stepping by now?

I'm looking to upgrade and was wondering if I should pay extra to make sure that I get the cb0 stepping, or should most p3's be cb0 by now since the ca2 are sold out?

I don't think that you can be sure - there are still cA2's on the market. You really have to check that S-spec before you buy, if at all possible.

 
there are still plenty of CA2's on the market at those speeds. Your looking at an almost even mix of CA2 and CB0 core steppings right now...
 
thanx for the replies. there have been those in the cpu forum claiming that most ca2's are sold out, guess i have to call to check first.
