i sent someone a money order of $170 american to someone in Victoria BC last Thursday evening using Global Priority Express and he claims he hasn't recieved it yet. should it be taking this long for it to arrive there? i know when i ship something priority, the other person gets it in 2-3 days, but ive never sent something to someone out of the country so i dont know.
