Currently the lowest end 4.5W processor Intel sells is the Skylake 4405Y which is actually a 6W Pentium 2C/4T GT2 that also be configured as a 4.5W cTDP:

(CPU clockspeed @ 6W is 1.5 Ghz, CPU clockspeed @4.5W not listed)
So if Intel released a 4.5W Celeron based on Core, what CPU configuration do you think it should have?
2C/4T, but clocked lower than 4405Y?

1C/2T? (perhaps with a relatively high clockspeed)
Also secondarily, what do you feel the iGPU specs should be?
