should I worry about backlight bleed on my new monitor?

For my birthday I bought the xb271HK and while it's an amazing gaming monitor, I can't help but worry about the backlight bleeding. I can't post any pictures right now but the backlight bleeding looks somewhat likes this:

I consider this pretty bad for an $800 monitor but I don't know if I should return it.
