Should I Wait for the Logitech Z600s?

Everybody seems to be buying the z560s, however they are 4.1 sound.

I heard that Logitech will be out with a 5.1 speakers (z600) in a couple of weeks. Is it worth waiting for the z600s? Is there a qualitative difference between 4.1 and 5.1 sound?

I plan to use my PC to mostly listen to MP3s and play games.

My front 2 are set so close together that I wouldn't notice a center channel, nor would I have room for it unless I mounted it on top of my monitor. If you're going for a DVD cinema style effect and mounting the speakers around the room on the walls, then 5.1 would be great. Otherwise, screw it, are your ears that good that you can tell a positional difference of 1-2 feet? Even less with the simulated center channel (which is quite good). They're computer speakers, THX certified, but still just computer speakers
