Should I Use Official A/v Cable Or Can I Use Knockoffs (madcatz) for 360?

Problem is I can't seem to find the official A/V cables online. Just want it so I can hook it up to a normal TV. No HD or anything. Same with the AC power adapter. I have neither right now so I have to buy them.

Is there a problem if I used one of the Madcatz or the Gamestop one? Any known problems?

Thanks in advance.

Probably the only accessory that I've bought 3rd party and never had problems with, are the AV cables. I have never needed to use anything other than the cables that came with the 360 though, so I dont have first hand experience with that system, but I've bought 3rd party for gamecube, playstation 2, and the original xbox without issue.

Regular AV cables don't really need high bandwidth.. so I bet the madcatz(despite how crap their stuff is in general) would be fine. If it was HD cables, I would say get official though (The official HD are prob better shielded)

I had a madcatz ps2 component cable and never had a problem with it.
