should I use msn wallet?

I was just about to buy one of those 1910's with the $50 off + $50 gift card at OM.com and it asked me if I wanted to checkout with msn wallet. should I? I've heard msn wallet mentioned a lot on here but I'm not completely clear on how it works. is there any advantage or disadvantage to selecting "check out with msn wallet"?
 
I would only use MSN Wallet if I received a discount.

Otherwise it's a hassle and I don't want Billy Gates to have my cc info.
