Should I use "ECO MODE" on my EVGA supernova G2 750w?

I just bought a new EVGA supernova G2 750w and it has a feature called "eco mode" which will only run the fan under load or higher temps?
My question is for a heavy PC user(7+ hours per day) like myself should i use this or let the fan run all the time? Thanks
 
it depends on the load you put on the PSU; but, if i remember the feature correctly, there is no harm in using it all the time (and will probably slightly extend the lifespan of the PSU)
