Should I use Corsair twinx 3200LL vs. 3700 for P4/2.6C overclock?

I'm considering buying an Asus P4C800-E and P4/2.6C this Christmas, so I need you opinion. I intend to use Zalman 7000 quiet cooler, so speeds above ~3.1GHz aren't practical. Which is faster:

2.6C @3.0GHz (923fsb) using Corsair Twinx1024-3700 @ 461DDR (1:1 ratio) with slower mem timings

--or--

2.6C @3.0GHz (923fsb) using Corsair Twinx1024-3200LL @ 369DDR (4:5 ratio) with aggressive mem timings

Both memories cost $250/pair. I would also consider other P4's or mem sticks in this price range (combined). I do not want to overvolt or push CPU/memory too close to the limit. Any takes on this?
Thanks and happy holidays!!

I'd avoid Corsair completely since their customer service is not exactly prime. Mushkin is a better choice. Or Kingston. Anything with Winbond BH-5.
