Should I use AS5?

Will I notice anything? Will it drop temps at all? Is it overrated? I'm going to be using the stock HS/F and I wanted to know if I should use AS5 or not.
 
By chance is this the A64 stock HSF you're talking about? No need to replace the stuff on that one, as it's some pretty nice preapplied Shin-Etsu paste that is more or less as good as AS5.

what he said. as5 is thicker and harder to work with than the previous versions arcticsilver
