Should I upgrade?

Wait a few months for Skylake. New socket, new stuff. Socket 1150 is dead now.

That's a complete system upgrade you're considering, not just dropping in a new CPU. I'd say get the new video card, try it out with your existing setup. If fast enough, you're done. If not, wait for Skylake as mentioned above.
