I have a Radeon 7000....should I update it if my budget is only $80?
If so, what would you recommend?

Or should I save my money and wait until I can afford more money, like something in the $150 range, to make it worthwhile?

you could get a 8500 or something for around $80 and you would get a definite performance increase.


do you play games? and if so which do you play or would be looking to play?
 
I'm sorry, I should have given more info in my original posting......

I primarily do a lot of Photoshop work. But I also play some games, WCIII, GTA, Medal of Honor, etc.

I also posted a message about using two monitors with Photoshop. If that is possible, than upgrading to the 8500 would serve two purposes. To allow me to do more with Photoshop and also see a performance in game playing!

Am I on the right track or what????
