Should I upgrade? Substantial FPS gains?

I'd be going from

Barton @2.2 to a X2 Brisbane @ 2.1

2gb pc3200 ddr1 to 2gb XMS ddr2 pc6400

and keeping my EVGA 6800GT AGP

What kind of changes can I expect?

Has anyone done a similar upgrade?

well you'll get max potential of the 6800gt, the barton at 2.2 was pretty slow
more newer games support dual core these days so you won't be cpu limited. but no miracles because the 6800gt is slow. so same settings as before, perhaps more consistent frame rate
