Should I Upgrade or New Build?

Hi guys. Thanks in advance for any advice you provide. 🙂

I have a system I built about 4 years ago. I will mainly be using the computer for playing Starcraft II and possibly some shooters here and there. I'll list the specs below, but basically I'm wondering if it would be better for me to just upgrade some components, or to build an entire new system. I obviously prefer saving money if possible.

Current Specs:
AMD x2 4800+ processor
Nvidia 7900GTX video card
2gb corsair twin pro ram
480 watt antec power supply
21" ws monitor

So, would it be possible to play SCII on decent settings with this setup? Should I upgrade the video card and/or processor? Do I have to just build a new computer?

New build.

You could possibly upgrade your video card and ram (to 4gigs) and be able to play SC2 at decent settings (most likely medium) but there has been so much tech improvements in the past 4 years that building a new rig won't cost that much more and give you performance boosts that's much better than just an upgrade.
