are these better than my boston BA635 3 piece I have now?

Creative Labs/Cambridge SoundWorks PC Works 3 PC Speakers for 19.99 at frys.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, my BA635's sound good but are 4yr's old, so should I move to the Creative speakers and if I do is it an upgrade?

If you're gonna upgrade go all out. Either Klipsch 5.1's or the Logitech Z-560's. :D

I have the 560's and I'm really happy with them.

The Pcworks sound pretty good for a 20 dollar system. I wanted them back when they were ~40 dollars, which was about 4 years ago :p But the rule of the thumb is, if you want to be pleased, you should visit a store where you can test out the speakers. That way, you won't get any suprises.

if you play streaming video and this is not your primary music listening ..um place then sure why not:p but if you can afford better and care about music, those little pc works massive limitations are gonna seriously bug you.

Last night, I ordered a set of Logitech Z-340's. They're $46 shipped from newegg. All the reviews I read said that they were great.
