Should i upgrade my psu?

At the moment i have an Antec smart power 400watt psu (not a true power one. the one before that one.). My mom want a new computer so that my sister can have one, and i talked her into letting my dump my old stuff on her and just upgrade my computer. I dont have a psu for her computer. My new setup is going to be an overclocking one. I was thinking about getting the LiteOn psu from directron and using that for my computer and giving her my antec psu. I know that my psu is rate 100watts higher, but the 3v and 5v are rated much higher on the Liteon. I will probobly be running two cd drives, an 80gig hd, an oced 1700+, with 512mb ddr3200, on an epox 8rda+. I will be running like 7 low noise panaflos. Either way im gonna have to get a psu for her computer. I will probobly get this one, but should i run it in my computer or hers? Are there anyother cheap but good performing psu out there like the Liteon? Thanks
Steven
