Soon I'll be upgrading rig #1 from a 450mhz slot 1 p3 to a fcpga 866 p3, and going from 1 stick of 128 and 1 stick of 64 to 2 sticks of 256 sdram. Think I'll be okay with my 235w powerman? If not I think I have another 250w enlight running around... what do ya think?

Well I'm no expert but I can tell you what I have running on an Astec(wish that said Antec) 250 watter:
1 ghz athlon
128 mb 133 ram
40 gig hdd
cdrw
dvd
usb mouse
live 5.1
ati tv wonder
all on a crappy mobo
I think that's everything

definately hit the 250w. better safe than sorry... especially if being safe doesn't cost anything ^^

Pentium IIIs aren't big power hogs so you should be OK with your 235w Powerman. Dell ships some of their 1GHz PIII systems with a sub-200w PSU! The amount of memory you install is irrelevant.

Good luck with your Powerman...mine died a few months ago and I replaced it with a 300w Antec. I have a 800Mhz Celeron II and 300w is really overkill.
