Should I upgrade my memory?

Hi folks I have Z87 and i5-4670K. I do not do any overclocking, but I may in the future as I plant to keep this rig for 5yrs or until the mobo/cpu dies.

Anyways I'm using my old ram from my i3 system. It is 8GB (2x4GB) 1333 cas 9 1.5v. I was wondering if upgrading to say DDR3-2400 cas 11 will yield a noticeable performance upgrade or if it's a waste of $70?

I use the computer for internet, shopping, , social networking, work (nothing intensive) and Battelefield 3/4.
