Question Should i upgrade my graphics card?

As far as I remember the GT 1030 doesn't have the same video encoding features the higher models like the GTX 1050, etc... have.

Yeah a GPU would help with video encoding, but you are very limited with ram as well, so I'm not sure how much of a benefit you will get.

Again maybe other members remember better, but I think GT 1030 doesn't have Nvenc support.

Hey, thanks for your reply. Yes, you are right, I have limited RAM. So I have a plan to upgrade my RAM also.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have realized that I need to upgrade my computer's basic also. But for urgent work, I need to upgrade the graphics card first.
 
I wonder if it would be better to get a new computer instead of trying to upgrade an old one.

I don't know how much that costs, but compared to other systems on the site it seems OK.
It's actually the cheapest tower I found in stock with 8+GB RAM (with or without a GPU).

There is an Intel/Nvidia alternative if you need those brands for some reason, but it's lower performance for the money:

All you have to do is buy a new motherboard and CPU, 16+GB RAM and the GPU built-in is pretty powerful now too! You can probably use you box unless it is a Lenovo Professional model which has proprietary motherboard configurations that will not be able to mount it easily. But the cost of PCs now a days is pretty cheap too! So I buy one and make sure you can return it if you do not like it! Maybe have a 30 day return policy and free shipping back too would be idea! Buy a middle of the road model but not a consumer brand model like a HP Pavilion. If you carry your PC around maybe look at notebooks too since they are pretty powerful now too but are more expensive and less upgradeable. Always buy a SSD for storage!
