First tool:
Intel® Application Accelerator. http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scr...oductID=663&OSFullName=Windows*+Me&submit=Go!
I don't quite understand what this tool does. Does it really improve anything or is it just risky to try?
Second Tool:
Updates for Intel Chipsets. http://developer.intel.com/design/software/drivers/platform/inf.htm
What bothers me is this:
If you are a business user or home PC user using Intel® 810 chipset family [..] we suggest you contact your PC manufacturer for driver updates specific to your system.
I own an Hewlett Packard, should I download anyways? Hewlettpackard.com doesn't have any upgrades for Intel chipsets.
I just don't want to upgrade something that doesn't add or improve anything and might just as well wreck my system.
Just dl those two tools, yes no?
