Um... there could be a problem if you ran the vaccume behind your comp, I have sucked up more than one USB cable but thats about the only problem you could have. Unless you have a really crappy CRT, then you sometimes get static or distortions when running a vaccume but I don't believe that hurts anything
I think hes wondering about power. Just check and see how many AMPs your computer power supply is rated for and look at your vacuum and see how many amps IT is rated for then, make sure they dont add up to 20. Usually You can have about 2000 watts (to be safe) on a 20amp line.
sharing the same extension cord?
i don't think I've got into problems with it,
but normally as long as I use another plug point, i'm rest assured everything is alright.
furthermore,PC doesn't consume as much electricity compared to air-cond or the fridge
dont share it with hair dryer though
